2. Use of the Website — Lawful use only. No reproduction of substantial content without permission. Brief quotations with attribution permitted.

3. Research Subscriptions — Non-refundable once access granted. Licensed personally, not for redistribution. For informational purposes only

.4. Advisory Engagements and Program Participation — Governed by separate written Advisory Agreement. Acceptance at Ishavante's sole discretion. Equity grant terms in separate documentation

.5. Intellectual Property — All content, frameworks, methodologies, and the Ishavante name and logo are protected IP. No use without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability — No liability for indirect/consequential damages..

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution — Laws of India. 30-day good-faith negotiation first. Then arbitration under Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, seat in Chhattisgarh.

8. Modifications — Ishavante may modify Terms with 14 days' notice for material changes.
